LOCAL

Well first of all, lets start with a little local news. PIER ONE in Montego Bay was allegledly sold to this white dude for...DRUM ROLL PLEASE......30 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . WTH!?

According to reports, he was negoitiated-scammed- by a couple of our budding entreprneurs- scammers- out of his 'hard working cash' for the seaside, club/restuarant property. He was even sent the blueprints, title and boundary line documents as a confirmation that this Montego Bay hotspot was now his. Now WORD ON THE STREET  is that this bredda DWL walked into pier one and sat at a table. Now it jus so happen that the "actual" owner came over and asked him if he would like to order anything. WOW 30 million dollars! Crazy! And lol! How embarrassing & upsetting to walk in & sit & say he owns the place now to come to find out he was scammed. WOMP! Your right that was his own mistake. Who doesn't go check out the spot before buying? My father flew from NJ to Miami to check out a Club on South Beach before paying anything. Just common sense. Kinda sucks he won't get his money back thou. Btw must say loving the website. Tight work. Keep it up.
